I have been a notary for 3 years with experience in  trust and estate, matrimonial, landlord and tenant, commercial, poa, mortgages, construction law and also litigation. I will travel to your location and take pride in providing the best customer service and will gladly assist with all of your notarial needs.  

Prior to conducting Title and Bank closings, I was a loan processor for a private Mortgage firm.  As a working Mom of 3, starting my own business enabled me to work flexible hours.  As a former teacher, I have always enjoyed working with people.

I am available for all services listed with flexible hours to meet your needs.

Title Closer A title closer works in the real estate sales or development industries as an impartial third party who helps to close deals. This is done by gathering all the required documents and contracts to ensure the buyers in the transaction receive a clear and good title. We accept Zelle, Venmo or Cash

Notary Public A Notary Public is appointed by the secretary of state to serve as an impartial witness related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts. Notarization involves verifying a signer's identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the document's contents. Mobile Notary Public Our Mobile Notary Public will assist you with all your Notarial needs at the designation of your choice to make your document signing comfortable and convenient. Travel fee is contingent on location. Remote Online Notarization Remote Online Notarization (known as RON) is the act of performing a notarization remotely using two-way audio-video technology. It is the online equivalent of an in-person, paper-based notarization where every part of the process is done via internet and visual communication to function with a RON technology platform compliant with New York State laws. Service fee contingent on documents Notary Signing Agent A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who has been trained to handle assisting borrowers/sellers ensuring they sign their loan closing documents correctly in addition to notarizing any of the documents that require notarization. Bank Closer A bank closer works for the financial institution and is responsible for the loan package and all associated documents. After ensuring the loan package is a signed and notarized and all title docs and relevant docs are checked, funding approval is sought and monies are dispersed. We accept Zelle, Venmo or Cash
